Food Allergy Profile Test

Food allergies can also be called food sensitivities or food intolerances. They all can cause a variety of symptoms. We can help reveal and in some cases reduce or eliminate food allergies. Research has shown that around 60% of the US population suffers from food reactions that are causing health challenges. Our IgG antibodies test can show which foods you are reacting to hours or even days after you have consumed the food(s). Since there may be a delay in reaction time, you may not realize the symptom is caused by a hidden food allergy. When the problem food is consumed it increases the blood levels of IgG antibodies in reaction to the specific food.

Food sensitivities can begin at any age. Food allergies can trigger many different symptoms and contribute to a variety of disorders in children and adults, including: learning disabilities, inflammatory bowel disease, fatigue, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, migraines, skin problems, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sinusitis, chronic mucus and congestion and even recurrent ear infections.

It is easy to find out which foods are ok to eat and which foods need to be avoided.

The lab fee for the food allergy test is $ 1250.00 . Payment is expected on the day of the blood draw and then you may submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. There is no guarantee of coverage.

She will mail you a prescription and call you for an appointment when the results are in. Results will not be released without a minimum of a ½ hour appointment or a $30 fee.
